"....From leasing to facilities, I see staff weekly care & maintain the property & seek resident satisfaction. In addition, the renovated units are great. I love the new flooring, blinds, carpeting, countertops, washer/dryer units, cabinets, paint & tub. After living here since March, I have called maintenance for normal issues and are they always resolve my issue within 24 hours. Not to mention the newly renovated pool have been awesome to use. It is so cool that we have 2 pools on property. I also loved being able to cancel my gym membership & use our renovated gym facility! Ok lastly, location,location,location!! 30 minutes to Dallas & Fort Worth is the dream. DFW is literally 15 minutes North. If you can't tell, I really love living here & recommend. Experiencing other properties, i feel like for the money, you will find no other property in the area that can match up to the value of living here...."
